Over 10 years of experience in consulting and operating a training consulting company.

Dong Nguyen

Operations Director of a large multinational company, responsible for the Vietnam – Indonesia – Thailand – Philippines region.
Over 20 years of experience in operations, sales, and project management within the market research industry.
Master trainer with 7+ years of experience in training and consulting on Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership in both English and Vietnamese for multiple management levels, from middle to senior, at multinational corporations in Vietnam.
Certified trainer from AchieveGlobal, Miller Heiman.
Honored to receive The World Class Leader Award in 2012 along with The Special Award for Expertise and Innovation in 2010.
Selected to participate in the Emerging Global Leaders training program, one of 22 top potential global leaders chosen to be trained and develop leadership skills to lead the company at its headquarters.

Currently leading and developing the corporate consulting division at SEED; responsible for building strategic training and organizational development solutions to help clients achieve sustainable business goals.
13+ years of in-depth experience in consulting on the development of various organizational types across multiple industries.
5 years in the position of Operations Director at AchieveGlobal.
Education: Major in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management.
