Seed Vietnam is seeking the right candidate to support business growth through pipeline building, consultative selling, solution proposals, account development and target achievement.
Responsibilities
Pipeline & Business Development
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, SEED events, referrals, and marketing leads.
Consultative Selling
- Engage HR, L&D, business leaders, and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, people capability gaps, and training needs.
Solution Proposal
- Work with internal R&D, trainer teams to develop relevant learning solutions, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Negotiation & Closing
- Present SEED’s approach, address client concerns, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals while protecting required margin.
Account Management
- Maintain client satisfaction, develop repeat business, expand existing accounts, and ensure proper CRM/reporting discipline.
Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit, pipeline, proposal, and account development targets.
Candidate Profile & Offer
A corporate-facing sales role for a self-driven consultant who can connect business issues with learning and capability solutions.
Must Have
- 2 – 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, consulting, HR solutions, professional services, or business solutions.
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, listening, and questioning skills.
- Ability to understand business issues and connect them with learning or capability solutions.
- Self-driven, accountable, resilient, organized, and comfortable working with targets.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to MNCs or senior corporate stakeholders.
- Existing network with HR, L&D, business leaders, or corporate decision makers.
- Familiarity with consultative selling, value selling, SPIN, solution selling, or customer-centric selling.
- Interest in learning, leadership development, sales training, or organizational capability building.
Office Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Selling territory: Whole Vietnam
Compensation & Working Arrangement
- Salary within SEED’s internal salary band, determined by relevant B2B consultative sales experience.
- Sales incentive scheme.
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
After probation:
- Premium healthcare package will be provided.
- 16 days of annual leave.
- 13th salary bonus and more based on annual business result.
